2014.07.10

- HanAll anticipates the change to double its production capacity to 500 million tablets annually

- The expansion aims to balance  R&D and qualified medicine production

HanAll Biopharma (CO-CEO Seong-uk Kim and Seung-kook Park) revealed on the 10th, that the world-class production plant for solid formula has been extended.

This new plant has a gross area of 1,300 m2 and three ground floors, which are an extension of the original production plant. The plant introduces the granulating system for continuous mass production of solid formula, the automated packing device, and the central environmental management system. These leading-edge facilities ensure quantitative production extension and perfect quality. The plant is expected to produce an additional 500 million tablets of solid formula per year, including the composites, during daytime operation.

Demonstrating the best passion and performance of R&D in Korea, HanAll constructed a similar-sized fluid production plant in 2007. The company has been producing 2-chamber bag total parenteral nutrition (TPN), which has been well-received domestically and overseas due to its quality, performance, and design.

"As part of the long-term project for harmonious growth between R&D and qualified production, the company plans to expand its plants and introduce a new production system," said an official from HanAll Biopharma.

With the launch of new composites and injections just around the corner, HanaAll Biopharma plans to leverage the advantages of its new facilities to target domestic and overseas markets with the best quality, aiming to become a global corporation.
